Notice Period - Immediate Joiner to 30 DaysLocation - BangaloreExperience - 10+ YearsJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Teamcenter Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient Teamcenter architectures, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and deployment of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications and configurations.Design integration between Teamcenter and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CAD, MES).Define data models, workflows, change management, and BOM management processes.Ensure Teamcenter configurations, customizations, and extensions are aligned with best practices.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and implementation teams.Conduct system performance tuning, security configuration, and capacity planning.Define and manage solution roadmaps, upgrades, and migration plans.Create and maintain architecture documentation, interface specifications, and design artifacts.Support testing, validation, and go-live activities.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.10+ years of experience in PLM with at least 5 years in Siemens Teamcenter.Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, modules (e.g., BOM, Change Management, Workflow, Classification).Experience in Active Workspace (AWC), TCUA, BMIDE, and Teamcenter Integration with CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.).Proficient in data modeling, solution customization, and Teamcenter extensibility (ITK, SOA, RAC).Experience in scripting, programming (Java, C++, TCL, or similar), and PLM integration methods (T4x, BCT, M2M).Knowledge of system integration using REST/SOAP APIs.Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications:Siemens certifications in Teamcenter or PLM.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Exposure to Digital Thread, Digital Twin, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).Experience in multi-site global Teamcenter deployments.
