Sales Operations Analyst

Job Title: Hubspot SpecialistKey Responsibilities:Manage and maintain accurate HubSpot records, properties, lists, and workflows to ensure seamless data flow.Ensure consistency in reporting by implementing effective deduplication strategies and maintaining high-quality data hygiene.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead routing, lifecycle stage updates, and funnel tracking for enhanced sales performance.Develop and support integration data flows between HubSpot and other tools like Apollo, Ads, and others to facilitate smooth communication and data exchange.Reporting & AnalyticsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Build actionable dashboards and weekly reports to track pipeline, funnel metrics, SDR output, AE performance, and campaign results.Analyze conversion rates and identify bottlenecks across the GTM funnel to inform data-driven decisions.Provide valuable insights to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives.Process SupportOperational Excellence:Develop and maintain comprehensive GTM processes and SOPs to ensure efficiency and scalability.Assist in building automated workflows, sequences, and nurture programs to streamline lead management and enhance customer engagement.Support outbound and inbound lead processes for SDR and AE teams to maximize conversion rates.Help QA marketing campaigns, forms, and tracking setup to guarantee accuracy and reliability.Cross-Functional SupportInterdepartmental Collaboration:Work closely with Marketing on lead lists, segmentation, and tracking for targeted campaigns.Support Sales with forecasting reports, deal hygiene, and pipeline visibility to drive revenue growth.Collaborate with Customer Success on renewal tracking, customer data, and account reporting to foster strong relationships.Requirements:Strong understanding of HubSpot and its applications.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals.Challenging role with opportunities for growth and development.Competitive compensation package.Other:Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Must have excellent time management skills.
