Job Title: Senior Motion Graphics DesignerWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative motion graphics content for educational purposes.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motion design, animation, and video editing. You should be proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve), with experience in animating diagrams, formulas, UI elements, and educational visuals.Key Responsibilities: Design and animate clean, modern motion graphics aligned with our brand identity. Build kinetic typography, diagram animations, math/logic visualizations, and UI motion. Edit video lessons using TTS audio and instructor clips. Convert Figma lesson designs into fully animated sequences. Deliver assets across formats (horizontal lessons & vertical reels). Collaborate with instructional designers to convert academic concepts into engaging visuals. Maintain consistency across a high-volume production pipeline. Manage deadlines with strong organization and communication skills. Requirements: Strong proficiency in motion design, motion graphics, and kinetic typography. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve). Experience animating diagrams, formulas, UI elements, and educational visuals. Ability to edit videos, sync audio, and deliver polished final exports. Strong design fundamentals: layout, rhythm, transitions, typography. Ability to maintain brand consistency across all outputs. Experience with TikTok/Instagram/YouTube vertical content. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills. Ability to work independently on multiple projects at once. Nice to Have: EdTech, e-learning, or educational animation experience. Figma/Canva knowledge or UI motion experience. Ability to create reusable templates (MOGRTs, expressions, automation). Character animation experience (for fun/engaging vocab reels). Experience using AI tools (Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT workflows). Education: Degrees are optional—a strong portfolio matters far more. A portfolio showcasing motion graphics AND video editing work is mandatory.Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
