Job Title: Senior Architect, ModernizationAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead our modernization program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions to transform our legacy systems into modern applications.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop modernized applications using GenAI technologyCollaborate with customer application SMEs to understand business requirementsOffer ideas and options for complex legacy technology constructsProactively tackle challenges as they ariseProvide continuous improvement feedback for product enrichmentParticipate in large modernization programs involving complex business applicationsRequirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:7-12 years of experience in Mainframe developmentExpertise in IBM Mainframe, IBM COBOL, CICS, IMS, VSAM, DB2, JCL, and other Mainframe-related technologiesExperience in working within the IBM mainframe environment and ecosystem or any other COBOL platformPrior experience in application modernization/mainframe data migration projects is an advantageKnowledge of Java, databases, Java applications architecture, and Cloud deploymentExposure to AI technologiesPrior experience in BFSI is preferredGrowth Opportunities:This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver the vision of next-generation modernization solutions using GenAI and other technologies.
