AI Systems Engineer - Innovation OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Systems Engineer to join our team in pushing the boundaries of next-generation AI and healthcare. As a senior engineer, you will have hands-on experience and ownership in developing sophisticated multi-agent pipelines using frameworks like LangGraph, n8n, and OpenAI Agent SDK.Key Responsibilities:You will help architect our intelligent backend where retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool-using agents and agentic systems, and real-time WebSocket pipelines all come together to power our AI products.Experience with Python and async backend frameworks (FastAPI, asyncio, etc.) is required.Strong familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI Agent SDK, or similar orchestration tools is essential.Experience with retrieval systems, vector databases, or LLM context management is necessary.Comfort working with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge) is required.Strong grounding in software design, system reliability, and testing for AI-driven systems is essential.Ideal Candidate Profile:5+ years of experience as a backend developer.Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.Knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge AI solutions that transform human behavior insights into impactful applications.This role offers an opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems.The successful candidate will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and be part of a dynamic team.
