Now we are hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can own performance, drive demand, and accelerate growth from our Bangalore office. If you’re someone who loves experiments, numbers, and speed, this is your role. What you will do · Lead and execute high velocity multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, WhatsApp, and Email · Manage and scale paid ads with a clear focus on delivering qualified leads at the best CPL · Own creatives, messaging, and landing page direction with design and content teams · Run fast experiments across offers, angles, funnels, and audiences · Deep dive into data, optimize aggressively, and scale what works · Work directly with the founders and sales team to align marketing with GTM and revenue · Execute and localize campaigns for international markets, starting with the Middle East · Own marketing reporting, spend efficiency, funnel performance, and growth metrics What we offer · Competitive salary, strong incentives, and equity · A chance to join a high-growth SaaS company early and shape the marketing engine · Stock options that actually mean something · Full ownership of campaigns, experiments, and outcomes · Work with a high-energy founding team that moves quickly · Zero fluff, high clarity, and room to execute without red tape · Clear responsibilities and a strong growth path · Be part of a product that genuinely helps small businesses grow Qualifications · Bachelor's degree · 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, SaaS or B2B preferred · Direct experience running and scaling Meta and Google Ads with proven results · Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, and CRM workflows · Ability to troubleshoot performance issues without relying on agencies · Outcome-driven, fast-thinking, and comfortable with rapid experimentation · Experience in marketing to SMBs or international markets is a strong plus · Fluent in English with excellent analytical and communication skills Growth Path This role is designed to evolve into Head of Marketing as we scale across regions.
