Lead DesignerWe are looking for an experienced Lead Designer to support the design of innovative mobile and web applications for the hospitality industry.You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to create modern user experiences for our operational CRM, guest mobile applications, and digital solutions used across international luxury resorts.Design high-quality user interfaces and user experiences for mobile apps (iOS and Android) and responsive web platforms.Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems to guide product development.Translate functional requirements into visually appealing screens and intuitive interactions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.Conduct UX research when needed, including usability checks and customer journey mapping.Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring brand consistency across products.Present concepts and design decisions clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsProven experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer or similar role.Strong portfolio demonstrating clean UI work and effective problem-solving.Proficiency in Figma is required.Understanding of modern design principles, component libraries, and prototype workflows.Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with distributed teams.Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.Experience in hospitality tech is advantageous.As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design process and working closely with product owners to develop solutions that meet business objectives.
