This role integrates performance marketing, creative strategy, and client success.The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and has experience with structured creative tests at scale.Develop our creative testing framework from start to finish.Analyze performance metrics, design test plans, and manage multi-channel test execution.Collaborate with internal teams to align on performance objectives and creative priorities.Nurture high-touchpoint client relationships and present insights, recommendations, and roadmaps.Bonus Points:Experience working with mobile gaming top-grossers.Familiarity with creative scoring, iteration systems, and machine-learning-based creative insights.Requirements:5+ years of performance marketing experience in mobile marketing and mobile gaming acquisition.Hands-on experience with Paid Social platforms: Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit.DSP experience across Unity, Moloco, Liftoff, and/or Programmatic DSPs.Proven track record of running structured creative tests at scale.Deep understanding of key performance indicators.Highly analytical mindset and strong written + verbal communication skills.
