Guidewire Technical Project LeadWe are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the implementation of Guidewire solutions across multiple modules.Candidates must possess:10+ years of experience in managing insurance software projects, specifically in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.A strong background in insurance domain technology and expertise in managing end-to-end Guidewire suite projects.A proven track record in implementing full lifecycle Guidewire projects and integrations.An in-depth understanding of insurance processes, including underwriting, claims, billing, and policy administration.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.Knowledge of integration technologies (SOAP, REST APIs) and project management tools (Jira, MS Project).PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications preferred.About the JobThis role requires a skilled project manager to lead the team in delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of this role include:Leading the project team in planning, executing, and monitoring project progress.Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Technical Skills:Familiarity with Guidewire Studio, DataHub, InfoCenter, and integration technologies.Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing practices.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
