From product development and testing to identifying the best contract manufacturers, we support clients in achieving a faster go-to-market strategy with high-quality offerings. Role Description This is a contract-based Food Technologist role with remote work arrangements. The Food Technologist will conduct research and development for innovative food products, perform sensory evaluations, and oversee quality control processes. Day-to-day tasks also include collaborating with vendors and flavoring houses, utilizing laboratory techniques for food testing, and ensuring product compliance with industry standards. QualificationsStrong knowledge of Food Technology and Research and Development (R&D)Proficiency in Sensory Evaluation to assess and improve product qualityHands-on experience with Laboratory Skills and Quality Control processesAttention to detail and an understanding of food industry regulations and complianceEffective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partnersBachelor's or advanced degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related fieldExperience with flavor development or working with flavor houses is a plus
