About the job Job Overview: Paid Assistant is responsible for managing the financial transactions of a company. It is a team of young and passionate professionals that provides financial services to clients in India and abroad. Our services include Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Management consultancy, foreign investments, and more. We strive to deliver accurate, relevant, and timely information to decision-makers, and provide realistic solutions to complicated business scenarios. Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank statements Manage and maintain accurate financial records Prepare and process payroll Maintain inventory records and manage inventory levels Provide support to the senior accounting team Qualifications CA Inter qualified 3 years of Articleship experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Experience with accounting software is preferred Salary would be as per industry standards.
