Key Responsibilities:Program Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, technology, supply chain, HR, and store operations teams to drive execution.Process Excellence: Identify bottlenecks, define workflows, and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.Strategic Initiatives: Lead high-impact programs such as store expansion, operational excellence, customer experience improvement, and digital transformation.Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress against milestones, manage risks, and present regular updates to leadership.Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all levels.Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.5–8 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or Six Sigma preferred).Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, JIRA, Asana, or similar.What We Offer:Opportunity to shape the growth of a fast-scaling retail brand.Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.Competitive compensation and benefits.Career growth and learning opportunities across functions.
