Job OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Associate to manage key financial processes, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL) and audit-related documentation.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and issue customer invoices using Zoho Books software.Track incoming payments and follow up on outstanding dues in a timely manner.Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate ledgers for record-keeping purposes.Vendor Management:Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments according to company policies.Verify bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents for accuracy.Maintain vendor accounts and update AP records regularly for efficient processing.Audit Support & Compliance:Prepare and maintain necessary documentation required for internal and external audits.Assist in responding to auditor queries and provide relevant information.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Accounting & Reporting:Record daily financial transactions accurately using Zoho Books.Prepare financial reports as required by management or regulatory bodies.Support month-end and year-end closure activities to ensure timely completion.RequirementsBachelor's/Master degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution.Professional qualification like Semi-qualified CA/CMA for added expertise.6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in finance and accounting.Proficiency in Tally ERP and Zoho Books software for efficient task management.Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles for effective financial management.Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy for maintaining error-free records.Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.Good communication and documentation skills for effective collaboration with team members.
