Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Duty Manager at Sri Sakthi Cinemas in Erode. The DUTY Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Quick Service concession within the cinema complex, ensuring quality service, managing staff, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Food and Beverage Management, Hospitality, or relevant field
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and drive results
  • Basic financial understanding for budgeting and cost control
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field
