Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling staffing businesses, establishing strong client relationships, and onboarding new clients quickly. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to operate independently with a growth-focused mindset.Key responsibilities include developing and executing business development strategies for US staffing services, identifying and closing new business opportunities across various industries, managing and expanding relationships with existing clients to increase business volume, and working closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful delivery for new and existing clients.The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to shape business growth, preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts as part of the end-to-end sales cycle, and maintaining strong communication with US-based leadership and regularly reporting progress.Required Skills and Qualifications· 8 - 10+ years of Business Development experience in US Staffing.· Proven track record of bringing in new clients and generating revenue.· Existing industry contacts with direct clients, MSPs, or Tier 1 vendors.· Strong understanding of the US staffing market, recruitment cycle, rate negotiations, and compliance.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.· High motivation, strong work ethic, and entrepreneurial thinking.BenefitsCompetitive salary + high-earning commission potential.Opportunity to play a strategic role in scaling US staffing operations.Flexible working arrangement (Hyderabad office or Remote).Direct access to leadership and decision-makers.
