We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. The Solution Architect will lead the design of technology solutions, ensure their alignment with business needs and oversee the implementation of complex systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.



Location: Expected to travel and be stationed across various States in India as per project requirement.

10 +years of experience in solution designing of IT/ITeS projects in the role of solution architect


Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Development

  • Understand business objectives, functional requirements and technical needs from stakeholders.
  • Create scalable, efficient and secure architectural solutions.
  • Recommend appropriate tools, platforms and frameworks based on project requirements and organizational standards.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical direction to developers and engineers, ensuring alignment with the architecture.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability and security requirements.
  • Oversee code and design reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.

Integration and Implementation

  • Define integration strategies for connecting new solutions with existing systems.
  • Supervise the implementation and deployment of solutions in collaboration with DevOps teams.
  • Address and resolve architectural and technical issues during development and post-deployment.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements.
  • Align solutions with organizational IT strategies and existing infrastructure.
  • Create presentations and documentation to explain proposed architectures to non-technical audiences.

Security and Compliance

  • Incorporate security standards and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Identify and mitigate potential security and performance risks.

Continuous Improvement

  • Keep up with emerging technologies and industry trends to refine solutions.
  • Regularly review existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement or modernization.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of architectural designs, processes, and decisions.
  • Provide updates to project managers and leadership on the status of solution delivery.


Required Skills:

·       Strong knowledge of designing scalable, secure, and efficient system architectures.

·       Understanding of monolithic, microservices, and serverless architectures.

·       Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).

·       Familiarity with frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, .NET Core) and platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).

·       Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

·       Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., storage, compute, serverless functions).

·       Understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and integration patterns.

·       Experience with middleware and enterprise service bus (ESB) solutions.

·       Knowledge of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.

·       Experience with data modelling, ETL pipelines, CDC (Change Data Capture), and big data solutions.

·       Familiarity with DevOps practices, pipelines, and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions).

·       Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

·       Understanding of security principles, including encryption, authentication, and authorization.

Qualification:

·       B.Tech/ B.E./ MCA or higher in a related field.

·       Any leading IT solution architect certification.

·       At least 10 years of experience in solution designing of IT/ITeS projects in the role of solution architect (projects in Government Sector/Public Sector/Private Sector).

·       Experience in solution designing for microservices based projects in the role of solution architect.

·       Experience in end-to-end implementation and operation of centralized information systems/ ERP.

·       Fluency in English and Hindi (Speaking, reading & writing).
