We are seeking candidates with experience in fintech or banking. The role involves collaborating closely with the tax group to ensure compliance with tax law changes across various countries.
Skills Required:
Technical Program Management Skills: Looking for someone with strong program management skills who is independent, can handle ambiguity, and bring order to chaos. This includes helping the team find structure, mapping out their roadmap, assessing risks, and managing dates.
Technical Skills: While not required to code daily, having the ability to understand architecture and identify risks or gaps in it is essential.
Project and Program Management: Responsible for creating, updating, and ensuring the execution of half-yearly and quarterly plans is on track. This involves managing status updates, removing risks and roadblocks, and scheduling meetings with other teams or leadership to ensure resources are correctly allocated.
Domain Knowledge: Experience in Fintech or banking is preferred but not necessary. The role involves working closely with the tax group and ensuring compliance with tax law changes in different countries.
Collaboration and Communication: The role requires collaboration with the engineering team in India and possibly involves some US working hours for knowledge transfer sessions.
