Drive platform-wide design systems, codebase modernization, and best practices for maintainable, large-scale applications. Optimize frontend performance: Core Web Vitals, SSR, CDN strategies, bundle splitting, tree shaking, lazy loading, and performance monitoring. Integrate API-driven state management (GraphQL/REST), real-time data, service workers, and microservices-based architectures. Mentor developers, set technical standards, and document architecture with ADRs. Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to deliver resilient, performant solutions in fintech, commerce, or SaaS domains. Focus: Emphasis on micro frontend architecture, frontend performance, scalability, modern design system implementation, and developer experience
