Responsibilities:

Conduct 1:1 Therapy Sessions: Deliver compassionate, patient-centered therapy as your primary responsibility, providing a safe space for patients to work through challenges.

Facilitate Group Support Sessions: Lead support groups, fostering a sense of community and offering a structured environment for shared growth.

Deliver Webinars and Workshops: Design and lead educational sessions on mental health topics, helping to build awareness, coping skills, and resilience in our patient community.

Collaborate with Medical Professionals: Work alongside doctors and other mental health providers to ensure coordinated care, especially when clients’ treatment involves medication.

Documentation and Patient Progress: Maintain detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes, contributing to a data-informed approach to mental health care.

Contribute to Program Development: Actively participate in improving therapeutic processes, contributing to a collaborative team dedicated to best-in-class mental health practices.

Ideal Qualifications:

Educational Background: Master’s or M.Phil in Psychology (essential) with qualifications to practice independently.
