Responsibilities:

1.Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and direction.

2.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.

3.Manage the product backlog, including grooming, prioritization, and refinement of user stories and requirements.

4.Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of product requirements and acceptance criteria.

5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and deliver product releases.

6.Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders and development teams throughout the product lifecycle.

7.Plan and coordinate product releases, defining release scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.

•Background in HR domain and B2B products is a plus.

•Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.

•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

•Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello.

•Passion for technology, innovation, and creating exceptional user experiences.
