About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT and non-IT recruiter to join our team on a commission-based basis. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various IT and non-IT roles.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Utilize online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking to identify potential candidates for IT and non-IT roles.
• Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific job openings.
• Placement: Successfully place qualified candidates in suitable positions with our clients.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service.
• Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide guidance and support.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the IT and Non-IT industries
• Proven track record in recruitment and sourcing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using online job boards, social media, and recruiting tools
• Own a laptop and access to job portals or a candidate database
