Senior E-commerce Implementation Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced E-commerce Project Manager to lead end-to-end e-commerce implementations specifically on BigCommerce or Shopify.This role requires someone who understands the Shopify/ BigCommerce ecosystem — from setup, theme customization, and integrations to store launch and post-deployment optimization.Manage the full lifecycle of BigCommerce/Shopify projects — from requirements gathering and sprint planning to deployment and post-launch optimization.Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for all e-commerce project deliverables.Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver custom storefronts, APIs, and integrations.Key Responsibilities:Migrate projects to BigCommerce or Shopify from platforms like Magento, WooCommerce, or custom systems.Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery aligned with scope, timelines, and budget.Implement BigCommerce/Shopify apps and third-party integrations to enhance site functionality.Monitor QA, testing, and performance to ensure flawless store launches.RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of proven experience as an E-commerce Project Manager — managing BigCommerce or Shopify projects is mandatory.Strong understanding of BigCommerce and/or Shopify platform architecture, APIs, customizations, and integrations.Experience in migration, theme customization, and store setup on BigCommerce or Shopify.Familiarity with cross-functional teams working on SaaS e-commerce platforms.About UsWe are a boutique e-commerce technology and marketing consulting company catering to B2B and B2C e-commerce businesses.
