Job Description- As a Circular Loom Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our weaving machines. Your primary responsibilities will include:Machine Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on circular looms to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Quality Control: Monitor fabric quality during production processes and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and production staff to communicate issues and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance metrics.
- Previous experience as a technician in textile machinery is required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
