Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant to support our Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in troubleshooting Dynamics 365 CE issues, supporting and maintaining Power Platform solutions, configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE, managing system upgrades and patch deployments, solution lifecycle management and working as an escalation point for customers and the wider team.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshooting Dynamics 365 CE issuesSupporting and maintaining Power Platform solutionsConfiguration and customization of Dynamics 365 CEManaging system upgrades and patch deploymentsSolution lifecycle managementEscalation point for customers and the wider teamRequired Skills and Qualifications:Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, creating plugins and Azure function apps, working with DevOps, ALM processes and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
