Job Overview:

As a GoHighLevel expert, you will be responsible for creating a seamless webinar funnel integrated with Zoom to maximize registrations and engagement for our upcoming webinar. You will manage the entire funnel setup, from designing the landing pages to integrating tracking tools and automation sequences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Webinar Funnel Creation:
• Design and customize a webinar registration funnel using GoHighLevel.
• Integrate Zoom registration and redirect processes.
• Ensure cohesive branding between the funnel and Zoom registration page.
• Landing Page Optimization:
• Create a high-conversion landing page with a strong CTA, countdown timer, and social proof (testimonials/quotes).
• Implement tracking pixels (Facebook, ) and UTM parameters to track user engagement and traffic sources.
• Automation Setup:
• Create and manage email/SMS automation sequences (confirmation, reminders, and follow-ups) to drive attendance.
• Sync automation with Zoom reminders for a coordinated communication strategy.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Set up GoHighLevel reporting for webinar KPIs, including registrations, CTR, and CPL.
• Provide regular updates on funnel performance and suggest optimizations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel, including funnel creation, CRM management, and automation.
• Strong understanding of Zoom integration for webinars.
• Expertise in tracking tools like Facebook Pixel and Insight Tag, along with UTM parameters.
• Knowledge of email/SMS marketing automation and campaign management.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently.

Preferred:

• Experience in webinar-based campaigns.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other CRMs is a plus.
