Must-Have
Technical
 Should have worked on at least 4-5 IAM tools implementations
 Should have 2 years of development experience on java,j2ee
 Handled minimum 4-5 projects in Technical/Solution lead role capacity involving key
activities such as Architecture, Detailed Design, Implementation, Integrations of various
systems and applications for various access management use cases
 Should have in depth understanding of Okta components and its Architecture.
 Should have ability to implement technical solutions which meet all
functional/nonfunctional requirements with very less customization at the product level.
 Hands on experience in working with Restful Services. Hands on experience in OKTA
Workflow.
 Have deep knowledge with machine-to-machine authentication
 Hands on experience in implementation, development, and administration with OKTA
 Should be able to develop workflows, custom connectors, plan roll-out for new OKTA
features including Fastpass, Zero Trust etc
 Should be able to integrate enterprise or in-house developed applications
 Should be able to configure account access recertification/delegation
 Should be able to customize user interfaces as per business needs
 Should be able to generate standard or customize reports as per business needs
 Strong experience in preparing high level and low level solution design documents
 Certification in one of the leading access management products.
