Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our financial operations. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial statements, conducting financial reviews, and managing reporting.The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with a strong understanding of US GAAP accounting rules. Additionally, they should have experience with cloud accounting solutions, including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Accounting CS, as well as minimum 3 years of team management experience.About this role:Lead financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth.Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including payroll and tax filings.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into our processes.Requirements:7+ years of experience in US accounting.Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Superior client service skills, responsive to clients.Highly motivated, self-learner, problem solver.Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills.Experience with cloud accounting solutions, including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Accounting CS.Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams.Direct US client coordination experience.Exposure to and basic understanding of US GAAP accounting rules.Qualifications:CA, Inter CA (Dropout), CPA
