JOB DESCRIPTION:


Shift: US Shift

EXP: 1 - 3 Yrs

Work Location: Chennai, Sholinganallur

Cab Facility - Yes

Budget - 3 LPA


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for classifying electrical, software, and technology with Harmonized Tariff System Numbers (HTS)
  • Respond and maintain classification requests in SAP.
  • Ability to research discrepancies and provide substantiation to support classification claims to Customs in a timely manner.
  • Should understand some electrical concept if education background is B.E electrical, if education background is mechanical engineering should be able to explain the basic things on electrical functionality how does electrical parts works in automobile industry.
  • Non-engineering background should be able to understand basic things on electrical products. For example : what is use of electrical wire, circuit breaker, Printed Circuit Board, Hard disk and SSD different, motherboard, Ram, switch etc.
  • Should have any one of the experience, logistics or customs or GTC HTS experience.


Required Skills & Work Experience


  • Any bachelor’s degree. (B.E Electrical added advantage).
  • Electrical product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge on Microsoft office.
  • Full night 08:00 P.M to 06:00 A.M IST.
