Expert Manufacturing Professional for Large-Scale ERP ImplementationsWe are seeking a seasoned expert in large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations with a focus on manufacturing processes.About the Role:Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of manufacturing-related modules within our ERP system.Conduct in-depth business process analysis and map requirements to best practices for manufacturing, planning, production, and supply chain management.Configure and optimize modules including manufacturing, production, materials, planning, scheduling, shop floor, work orders, bill of materials/routes.Provide advanced guidance on Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management, quality control, and order management.Drive the full implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, functional design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders.Resolve complex functional issues and recommend process improvements that drive business efficiency and growth.Deliver user training, documentation, and change management support to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.Required Skills and Qualifications:15+ years of experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI).Deep functional expertise in manufacturing, planning, production, and supply chain processes.Proficiency in APS, MRP, BOM, routing, scheduling, work orders, and other related tools.Strong experience delivering large-scale ERP implementations with a focus on manufacturing.Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.Excellent knowledge of module integrations across manufacturing, finance, and supply chain management.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive team environment.Ongoing training and development opportunities.The chance to work on challenging projects that drive business growth and innovation.
