About the CompanyThe Corporate Trainer will be responsible for developing in-house projects and delivering training to corporate professionals, top universities, and tier-1 colleges in the field of Embedded Systems.About the RoleThe Corporate Trainer will be responsible for developing in-house projects and delivering training to corporate professionals, top universities, and tier-1 colleges in the field of Embedded Systems.Responsibilities- Project Development: Designing and developing embedded systems projects as case studies using industry-standard tools (e.g., ARM Cortex, RTOS, Embedded Linux) for corporate training courses.- Corporate Training: Training experienced engineers (workforce) on embedded systems protocols and technologies such as:- Protocols: CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Zigbee (Any one is Mandatory)- Technologies: RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr), Embedded Linux, ARM Cortex architectures, IoT frameworks.-- Methodology Training: Delivering courses on embedded software development methodologies, including bare-metal programming, driver development, and debugging techniques.Qualifications- MTech / BE / BTech in Electronics/Electrical/Computer EngineeringRequired Skills- 8 to 15 years of experience in Embedded Systems - Product Development/Services Company.- Protocol Knowledge: CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Zigbee (Any one is Mandatory).- Embedded Development: Strong expertise in the complete product development lifecycle for embedded systems.- Tools & Technologies: Proficiency in using IDEs (Keil, IAR, Eclipse), debuggers (JTAG, SWD), and simulation tools.- Programming Skills: Extensive experience in C/C++, Python for embedded systems, and familiarity with assembly language.- RTOS/OS: Hands-on experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr) or Embedded Linux.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Technical Expertise: Sound knowledge of embedded hardware/software co-design and debugging techniques.Preferred Skills- None specified.Pay range and compensation packageCTC: As per company standardsEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
