The role requires a seasoned manufacturing expert with extensive experience in SyteLine/CSI implementation, including solution design, process optimization, and training.Key Responsibilities:Solution DesignDevelop comprehensive solutions for Manufacturing & Production modules, incorporating best practices from Infor SyteLine/CloudSuite Industrial (CSI).Business Process AnalysisAnalyze business processes to map requirements to SyteLine best practices, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.Module ConfigurationConfigure and optimize modules for Manufacturing, Production, Materials, Planning, Scheduling, Shop Floor, Work Orders, BOM/Routes, providing advanced guidance on APS, MRP, Inventory, Quality, and Order Management.Implementation LifecycleDrive the full implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, functional design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, collaborating with cross-functional teams (SCM, Finance, Operations, IT) to ensure integrated solutions.Complex Issue ResolutionResolve complex functional issues and recommend process improvements, delivering user training, documentation, and change management support.Senior Functional AuthorityAct as the senior functional authority for manufacturing-related ERP decisions, leveraging 15+ years of experience with Infor SyteLine/CloudSuite Industrial (CSI), deep functional expertise in Manufacturing, Planning, Production, and Supply Chain processes.This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to convert business needs into functional specifications and solution designs. Proficiency in APS, MRP, BOM, Routing, Scheduling, Work Orders is essential, as well as strong experience delivering large-scale SyteLine/CSI implementations. Excellent knowledge of module integrations across Manufacturing, Finance, and SCM is also required.
