Job DescriptionTalasha is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Manager- Tax Consultant. This position involves providing expert tax advisory services for mergers and acquisitions.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structuring potential deals, undertaking slump sales, share transfers, merger, demergers, and restructuring activities. They will also be responsible for tax diligence services, advising on tax implications for corporate entities involved in mergers and acquisitions.In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to provide start-up, real estate, and e-commerce advisory services with a focus on industry insights. They will also assist in fund structuring and advisory services, including transaction advisory in relation to fund raises, shareholder realignments, and investor exits. Furthermore, they will handle business model advisory services, negotiate with strategic investors, spot deal issues, identify economic constraints, and risk appetite from the perspective of strategic and private equity investors.Fundamental Requirements:Qualified Chartered AccountantAt least 2 years post qualification experience in tax consultancy from top-tier firmsSolid understanding of Direct Taxation / M&As in diverse industriesRemuneration: ₹17-24LPA (last drawn)Location: Bangalore
