Location: Navi Mumbai, India (In-office position)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Act as an advocate for clients within the company, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on client commitments and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and loyalty metrics, taking action to address any areas of dissatisfaction and ensure high levels of customer retention.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to post-sales activities.
  • Develop and implement account management plans and strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client relationships, satisfaction levels, and revenue forecasts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer relationship management.
  • Mentor and coach junior members of the customer relationship management team, providing guidance and support as needed.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Designer, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in customer relationship management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet client needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer management tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events.


CTC: 5-7LPA +INCENTIVES

Note: Compensation (CTC) is subject to experience and qualifications.
