Learning opportunities are plentiful and career advancement is always waiting for those high-energized talents willing and able to step up.Responsibilities:Collaborates with other engineers to develop testing and monitoring approachesFocuses on assurance in the areas of error rates, response times, and impact to infrastructureDesigns, scripts, configures, and run performance tests to validate production readiness of software applications and infrastructure for stability and performanceConditions test data as needed to properly simulate test scenariosSupports testing needs of new projects, infrastructure upgrades, and application enhancements by validating application functionality against documented test casesDiagnoses, tracks, and manages performance issues to resolutionUses dashboards that enable efficient monitoring of applications and systems running in production environments to troubleshoot issues and report findingsProvides summaries and assessments of the applications performance, emphasizing trends over timeConducts deep dive analysis of data when trends or anomalies are identifiedCollaborates with AD teams during story design to ensure new application features are developed in a performant manner.Mandatory Skills Description:7+ years full time Performance Testing and Engineering experienceHands-on experience in Java programming - should be able to create custom apps/tools for performance testing and monitoringStrong experience in implementing end to end performance testing/engineering solutions - requirement gathering, test planning, test execution and monitoring, result reporting/analysis/tuning.Strong hands-on experience in at least two of the following load test tools - LoadRunner, JMeter, GatlingStrong experience in Openshift/Kubernetes/microservicesHands-on experience in DevOps tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps (ADO) etc., including writing pipelines and integrating performance tests into CI/CD workflowsNice-to-Have Skills Description:Experience in container (Docker, Podman) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) platformExposure to Generative AI and knowledge/experience in implementing relevant AI solutions for Performance EngineeringExperience on UI performance of thin/thick client applicationsExperience in Shell scripting and Ansible for automation and configuration management.
