Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning SpecialistIn this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design and integration of cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will define and achieve project objectives.Main Responsibilities:Develop, validate, and implement sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms.Collaborate with data scientists to understand and define project goals.Maintain data infrastructure, ensuring scalability and efficiency in data-related operations.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, recommending ways to integrate them into our operations.Effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.Adhere to data privacy and security guidelines.Participate in the entire AI project lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.Required Expertise:Strong foundation in computer architecture, data structures, system software, and machine learning fundamentals.Experience mapping NLP models (BERT and GPT) to accelerators, understanding trade-offs across memory, bandwidth, and compute.Proficiency with Vector databases like Qdrant, ChromaDB, Pinecone, PGVector or similar.Experience with Large Language Models like GPT 3.5, GPT 4, Llama, Gemini, Mistral etc.Expertise in designing, building, and optimizing agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.Experience fine-tuning Generative AI solutions for various business use cases.Proficiency with ML Models from definition to deployment, including training, quantization, sparsity, model preprocessing, and deployment.Familiarity with Python development in a Linux environment and standard development tools.Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, Spark).Working knowledge of Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).Experience deploying ML workloads on distributed systems.Self-motivated team player with strong leadership skills.Effective verbal, written, and organizational skills for clear communication and documentation.Research background with publication record.Work experience at a cloud provider or AI compute/sub-system company.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Experience with information security and secure development best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related field.2-4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML.
