We invest in our talent, support career growth, and look for exceptional professionals who can contribute to our growth by delivering top results for clients.This role requires international travel to Sweden.Senior Electromechanical Systems Engineer RoleThe Senior Electromechanical Systems Engineer leads the design, analysis, and integration of mechanical and electrical systems for large-scale projects. This includes developing system calculations, engineering specifications, detailed drawings, and ensuring compliance with Swedish and international standards.You will work with multidisciplinary teams, communicate with clients, and maintain technical excellence. You will also provide guidance to junior engineers and act as a key technical reference throughout the project lifecycle.Main Responsibilities:Design and integrate electromechanical systems, ensuring seamless interaction between electrical and mechanical components for optimal performance and safety.Prepare calculations, layouts, schematics, equipment specifications, and system descriptions for electromechanical solutions.Use AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and relevant simulation tools to support system modeling and design accuracy.Collaborate with teams using BIM platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) to ensure system alignment with architectural, mechanical, and electrical models.Evaluate designs for compliance with ISO, IEC, ASME, and local regulations, including national building codes and safety standards.Engage with clients to understand requirements and present system designs.Participate in design reviews, quality checks, and risk assessments.Provide technical support to junior engineers and assist in improving internal workflows.
