We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale. ResponsibilitiesLead, develop and deliver Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and mentor team members.Manage the execution of projects and establish governance within programs that have established processes and are important to Conversion Infrastructure.Communicate with all levels of cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, User Experience (UX), Product, Operations, Legal, Business) and executive leadership regarding execution updates, resource requirements, issues, risks and priorities.Work with engineers, product managers, and other program managers with preparing project plans, identifying and managing cross-project dependencies, ambiguities and risks.Build partnership with external teams for the achievement of the annual OKRs and deliver the product roadmap.
