Job OverviewOur organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role in the development and deployment of AI models.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ethical frameworks, regulatory requirements, and responsible AI principles.Lead the evaluation and auditing of AI/ML systems for bias, fairness, explainability, and robustness.Implement RAI principles based on NIST AI RMF, OECD, ISO/IEC 42001, and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Responsible AI Evaluator, you will be responsible for ensuring that AI models meet data residency, compliance, and ethical standards. This includes conducting pre-deployment, post-deployment, and continuous model audits, as well as evaluating AI/ML, LLM, and GenAI models for bias, fairness, explainability, and robustness.Perform red-teaming, safety testing, and adversarial analysis across AI pipelines.Operationalize and implement RAI principles based on industry standards.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of AI, ML, and GenAI systems, as well as experience with auditing and evaluating AI models.
