Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for performing on-site installation, maintenance, service repair and support for our products and services. This entails providing onsite service and customer support studying different types of packaging machines and site readiness for printer installation.Conduct onsite (online) printer trial and perform on-site product installation on customer premises.Install and maintain Markem products to ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction, meeting assigned geographical territory requirements.Travel to manufacturing facilities of customers.Required Skills and Qualifications3-5 years of hands-on experience in onsite service and customer support of capital goods relating to industrial automation.Graduate with Degree in Electrical/Electronics/BSc (maths/Physics) with at least 60% marks from reputed college.Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.Good level of customer relationship management skills.Own vehicle for business travel purpose.
