Job Title: Product ManagerLocation: BangaloreJob Type: Full-TimeImmediate joiners or notice period of less than 30 days are neededPurpose:As a Product Manager at LogixHealth, you will work with a globally distributed team of RCM business stakeholders and engineers to design and build cutting edge solutions that directly improve the healthcare industry. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring your expertise to continue delivering innovative technology solutions, while mentoring others.Duties and Responsibilities:Partner with business stakeholders and technology leadership to understand software requirements. Ideate on new features, define product vision and develop product roadmap aligning with business KPIsManage technology transformation in a rapidly changing environment with ability to provide product leadership to software engineering teams for mission critical applicationsShape, estimate and plan product roadmaps and generates release plansDefine ROI and value proposition for new product and featuresDrive automation and AI based initiativesLead and participate in agile ceremonies for your product scopeMonitors teamwork completion rate, defect rates, code coverage, cycle times and other product engineering KPIs. Understands development risks and technical debt and makes process improvement recommendations to the team, management and business stakeholdersFosters an environment of accountability between engineering team members and between engineering teams and business stakeholdersAdhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures stored in LogixGarden relevant to this positionEducation (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.):BE or BS (or higher, MS / PhD) degree in Computer Science / related field, or equivalent technical experience.Experience:Experience with RCM cycle, specifically medical Coding, Denial management8-10 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in the healthcare domain.Experience with EMR/EHR systems, clinical decision support tools, telemedicine platforms, or health data integration projects.Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, or other US health regulatory and coding standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with structured and unstructured healthcare data.Ability to engage with clinical professionals and understand medical terminology and workflows.Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:Strong product management, project management skillsStrong stakeholder management, strategic acumen to drive product roadmapPassion for mentoring and guiding othersStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to keep security, maintainability, and scalability in mind with the solutions builtPossess excellent interpersonal communication skills and an aptitude for continued learningQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.
