Large Scale Machine Learning Engineer

Deliver large-scale, reliable machine learning systems as a key member of our team.About the RoleCreate and enhance an open-source observability platform with AI capabilities that drive critical insights across enterprise environments.Collaborate closely with SREs, service owners, and observability specialists to ensure scalable, reliable ML model deployment.Design and manage data pipelines using Databricks and related tools.Apply CI/CD and MLOps best practices to automate model deployment and testing.Deploy and manage ML infrastructure on cloud platforms.Set up and integrate observability servers and connect tools across systems.Develop standards for prompt engineering and create custom MCP integrations between systems.Troubleshoot ML system performance and reliability using OpenTelemetry pipelines and observability metrics.RequirementsMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence (or equivalent experience).Proven experience designing, developing, and operating ML systems in production.Hands-on experience with LLMs/MCPs, Grafana, and Databricks.Strong coding skills in Python.Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud platforms.Solid understanding of observability pillars (metrics, logs, traces).Experience implementing OpenTelemetry pipelines for ML systems.Knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps, and monitoring best practices.Benefits and Future OpportunitiesWork with experienced professionals in the field to develop innovative solutions and drive business growth.What We OfferA competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
