Artificial Intelligence DeveloperWe are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence developer to lead the development of our core AI analysis engine.About the Role:Design and implement Machine Learning models for geometric analysis of injection-molded plastic parts, utilizing advanced algorithms to optimize efficiency.Develop computer vision algorithms for automated feature detection in 3D CAD models, ensuring precision and accuracy.Build predictive models for manufacturing cost estimation, cycle time prediction, and defect analysis, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.Create real-time inference engines optimized for browser-based deployment, enabling seamless integration with existing systems.Design data pipelines for continuous model training and improvement, leveraging machine learning capabilities to drive business growth.Platform Architecture:Architect browser-based AI systems capable of efficiently processing large 3D models, ensuring scalability and reliability.Integrate STEP/STL file processing with AI analysis workflows, streamlining the design-to-manufacturing process.Develop WebAssembly modules for high-performance geometry computation, enhancing overall system performance.Build scalable model-serving infrastructure for real-time analysis, supporting rapid prototyping and iteration.Implement feedback loops to continuously improve model accuracy, driving business success through data-driven decisions.Manufacturing Analysis:Develop DFM analysis algorithms for wall thickness, draft angles, undercuts, and gate placement, optimizing product design for manufacturability.Build AI-accelerated moldflow simulation capabilities, reducing production costs and improving quality.Create cost optimization engines recommending design changes for manufacturability, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.Implement quality prediction models for common injection molding defects, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective action.Design automated report generation delivering actionable manufacturing insights, empowering stakeholders with data-driven information.Research & Innovation:Stay current with AI/ML advances in manufacturing and CAD analysis, applying knowledge to drive innovation and growth.Experiment with techniques such as neural radiance fields and graph neural networks for 3D data, pushing the boundaries of what is possible.Collaborate with manufacturing experts to validate AI recommendations, ensuring effective implementation and adoption.Publish research and represent the company at industry conferences, sharing expertise and contributing to the advancement of the field.
