CTC - UP TO 25-30kKey Responsibilities:Edit and reformat acquired/licensed video content into engaging YouTube-ready videos.Ensure all edits comply with content usage rights, copyright, and platform policies.Enhance content with smooth transitions, text overlays, intros/outros, background music, and relevant graphics.Optimize videos for YouTube standards including pacing, aspect ratio, retention strategies, and metadata alignment.Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure videos meet channel goals and branding guidelines.Organize and manage media assets efficiently to maintain a consistent workflow.Stay current with YouTube editing styles, content trends, and best practices.Requirements:Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.Proven experience editing video content for YouTube or digital platforms.Understanding of copyright, fair use, and content licensing principles.Strong sense of pacing, visual flow, and narrative structure.Basic skills in sound editing, color correction, and motion graphics are a plus.Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.Portfolio or demo reel of past YouTube or re-edited licensed content is required.
