The role involves creating and managing advertising campaigns, planning promotional strategies, overseeing marketing budgets, and coordinating with teams to ensure campaign success. The manager will also leverage digital marketing tools to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role demands someone who has handled heavy ad budgets, driven high-impact results across multiple brands, and led end-to-end campaign strategies with a sharp focus on performance, brand growth, and ROI.Roles & Responsibilities for Performance Marketing SpecialistEnd-to-end campaign management on major paid channels like Google Search, Google Display, YouTube and Meta adsResearch and execute key aspects of the paid campaign such as audience research, account structure, etcAnalyze paid media campaigns to develop, execute, test, and report on paid media strategies with actionable next-step recommendations, maintaining a high standard of operational excellenceExecute bidding strategies across clients from various industry verticals, helping to create a roadmap of initiatives to enable defined objectives & KPIsDevise A/B tests to drive continuous optimization, bringing learnings into future campaign activitiesMeasure and analyze results. Regular reports on what is working, and what is not and propose adjustments to strategies and tacticsUnderstand organizational and product goals and map them to specific project deliverablesTeam Handling, Campaign Management, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pixel Integration, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic Ads, Tiktok AdsPartner with other digital channels to align overall strategy and messageResponsible for managing marketing spend to ensure budgets are spent accordingly without under/over-deliverySkills for Performance Marketing SpecialistMinimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ROI/performance-driven search engine marketing (SEM), Display, Facebook, and other ad platforms strategies and techniquesExperience managing paid media campaigns for large-scale local/regional clients, preferably across different industriesSound experience with tools like Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, AppsFlyerUnderstanding of App install ads would be preferredHold expertise to accurately manage monthly allocated media budgetStrong abilities to prioritize work and deliver things on timeExcellent interpersonal, communication & project management skillsQualificationsStrong skills in Communication and MarketingProficiency in Advertising and BudgetingExperience and knowledge in Digital MarketingInnovation and creativity in developing promotional strategiesAbility to lead projects and collaborate with teams effectivelyFamiliarity with the latest advertising and marketing tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related fieldLet's get connected: 8758403049
