Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Print Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective print materials that meet our high standards.Key Responsibilities:Design and produce print-ready artwork for various projects including brochures, flyers, magazines, packaging, and posters.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and client requirements.Develop and maintain knowledge of print production processes, including paper stocks, finishes, binding/folding/packaging options, and colour profiles.Work closely with vendors/print houses to clarify specifications, obtain proofs, and ensure final output meets expectations.Perform quality control checks to minimize errors and ensure accurate representation of designs.Requirements:Proven experience in print-ready/prepress design and print production work.Strong command over bleed, safe zones, trim, crop marks, registration marks, colour profiles (CMYK, spot), overprints, font embedding/outlines, resolution/ppi, etc.Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (or equivalents), with solid understanding of print workflows.Good communication skills to interact with clients, production houses, and internal stakeholders.Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and handle feedback/revisions gracefully.Benefits:Opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and develop your skills in print design.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.What We Offer:A supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.Access to the latest design software and technology.Flexible working arrangements to balance work and personal life.
