Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement statistical programming strategies for clinical development programs.Create data summaries, datasets, reviewer's guide, and define.xml files for multiple studies.Design and develop SAS programs to generate datasets, complex listings, tables, and graphs.Deliver high-quality statistical programming results by developing, validating, and maintaining SAS and/or R programs tailored to clinical development programs' needs.Oversee CRO's statistical programming deliverables for multiple clinical studies to ensure high-quality and meet pre-specified timelines.Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or statistics major, preferably. A strong background in pharmacokinetic data, neuroscience, and proficiency in languages/tools other than SAS (e.g., R, Python, Java, Shiny, Markdown, Unix/Linux, and git) is highly valued.The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and strong leadership abilities. Consistent training, development, and support enable success.This role works closely with our pharmaceutical clients, supporting their innovation and empowering individuals to work with autonomy and ownership.
