Job responsibilities: ● Able to demonstrate that they follow the values. Displays a high level of transparency and integrity in all their work. ● Extensive, diversified experience within the commercial industry of building, maintaining and operating enterprise applications across multiple domains. ● Values collaboration and actively looks to share knowledge with all members of the team. ● Able to communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical people. ● Has a flexible and pragmatic approach. Understands the bigger picture and the why. Demonstrates a real desire in helping the client. ● Builds the simplest thing possible with a strong aversion to over-engineered solutions. ● Understands the practices and principles underpinning agile software development. Able to adjust their ways of working based on the client’s maturity. ● Has a deep working knowledge of their chosen programming language and related toolsets. ● Has working knowledge of other languages and toolsets. ● Understands the path to production and the role of CI/CD in this process. Builds automated tests. ● Experienced in designing maintainable and scalable systems using modern cloud infrastructure.
