Job Title: Commissioning Manager - MEP
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Testing and Commissioning (CxA) of MEP systems in data centre projects.
- Coordinate, monitor, and ensure seamless execution of commissioning activities.
- Conduct FWT/FAT inspections, ensuring quality material delivery and adherence to approved engineering drawings and TDS.
- Perform QA/QC checks and assist in energization, SOO, and IST as per approved scripts and procedures.
- Utilize digital tools such as ACC, COMPASS, Nexus, Cx Alloy for tracking and maintaining visibility to stakeholders.
- Manage closing of observations from stakeholders and IRLs for smooth commissioning of data centres.
- Develop systems and procedures to optimize efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Establish a customer-centric approach to enhance loyalty and retention.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Experience: Minimum 10-12 years
- Qualification: BE Electrical / Mechanical
- Strong experience in MEP Testing and Commissioning for data centres.
- Proven knowledge of quality checks, coordination, and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with CxA and digital commissioning tools.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in Data Centre projects is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with clients and internal teams.
