Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales for our software application. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, product managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful positioning of our software in the market.

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns, leveraging various digital marketing channels, and using data-driven strategies to ensure growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  Marketing Strategy Development: Create and execute detailed marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the software application and expand its market reach.

  Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop and manage lead-generation campaigns through various channels, including email marketing, social media, webinars, content marketing, and paid ads. Effectively nurture leads through the sales funnel.

  Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Use insights to fine-tune marketing strategies and improve product positioning.

  Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies) that assist in closing deals and engaging potential customers.

  Digital Marketing & Social Media: Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive user engagement and awareness.

  Campaign Tracking & Analytics: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI.

  Content Creation & Management: Oversee content creation efforts including blogs, white papers, and customer success stories. Ensure content is optimized for lead generation and audience engagement.

  Brand Positioning: Work with leadership to ensure the software's brand and messaging is aligned across all marketing materials, sales presentations, and customer-facing touchpoints.

Key Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry.

  Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive leads and revenue.

  Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.

  Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.

  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving market conditions.
