Cell Therapy Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Quality Control professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cell biology and flow cytometry, with a strong background in molecular and microbiology techniques.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Quality Control activities, operations, and compliance. This includes preparing strategies for QC, identifying areas for continuous improvement, and ensuring timely testing and release of Clinical trial and commercial batches from QC.The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data. The candidate must also be able to supervise and manage QC specific inventory, material supply, and equipment upkeep.Key responsibilities include designing and developing assays/experiments as needed, qualifying and validating assays for QC batch release, performing hands-on experiments, sample preps, validation of assays, quality checks, etc.The selected candidate will work closely with multi-functional teams/collaborators to strategize multiple programs in terms of priority and deliverables.QualificationsMSc in Cell Biology/Molecular Biology/MicrobiologyExperience in cell and gene therapyAt least 8-10 years of experience in Biopharmaceutical industryProven track record of managing at least 3-5 people in a teamBenefitsAs a member of our team, you can expect:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentCollaborative and dynamic work environmentWorking ConditionsFull-time and onsite position9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift rotationYes (travel requirements depend on project needs)
